Terms & Conditions – MyWall Ads

Welcome to MyWall Ads. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our application and services. By accessing or using our app, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using MyWall Ads, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement. If you use the platform on behalf of a business or organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Description of Services

MyWall Ads provides a digital platform that connects wall owners and advertisers for hyperlocal outdoor advertising. We allow wall owners to list their spaces, and advertisers to browse and book wall ads.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account using your mobile number or email. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Wall Listings & Advertisements

• Wall owners are responsible for:
  • Ensuring the accuracy of the details they provide (images, dimensions, location, etc.)
  • Complying with local municipal or legal regulations regarding ad display
  • Granting permission to place ads on their listed walls
• Advertisers are responsible for:
  • Submitting appropriate ad content
  • Not violating any copyright or decency laws
  • Ensuring payments (once the gateway is integrated) are made promptly

We reserve the right to remove any listing or ad content that violates our policies or laws.

5. Use of Location Data

Wall locations are mapped using Google Maps. By using our services, you consent to our use of your device’s location to enhance app functionality.

6. Payments

Currently, MyWall Ads does not support in-app payments. Once payment features are integrated, you will be required to provide accurate billing or UPI information to complete transactions. All payment disputes will be handled in accordance with our future payment policy.

7. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Post false or misleading information
• Use the app for unlawful purposes
• Interfere with the functioning of the app or others' use of it
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or damage the platform

Violating these rules may result in suspension or termination of your account.

8. Intellectual Property

All content and trademarks on MyWall Ads, except user-generated content, are the intellectual property of the app owner. You may not copy, distribute, or misuse any part of the platform without written permission.

9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

MyWall Ads does not represent or claim association with any government entity. The information and services provided are not sourced from government authorities. Users are advised to independently verify any critical information.

We do not store sensitive financial information like credit/debit card details. MyWall Ads will not be liable for any loss or damage sustained due to the disclosure of such information during online transactions facilitated by third-party platforms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate any of these Terms or misuse the app. You may also choose to deactivate your account by contacting us at contact@mywallads.com.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app following such changes means you accept the revised Terms. We'll notify you through in-app messages or updates.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in your local region.
